Our mission is to nurture youth to develop skill, readiness and grace in intercultural relations.
We started the journey with reaching out to youth through our culture in the classroom program. We have also expanded into Ethnography projects where cultures are explored through photography.
Future plans include other face-to-face cultural interactions for youth, such as a Living Cultural Village (where on-site interpreters immerse visitors in the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, textures and perspectives of select cultures), as well as a Tour Bus exposing students to local ethnic shops, and a Spring Break Alternative taking students to countries where they become immersed in another culture.
